    Emergency Shelter

    Hildebrand operates emergency shelter for families experiencing homelessness across Boston and Cambridge.

    Supportive Services

    Hildebrand provides culturally-responsive case management and supportive services, working together with families in shelter to find a permanent home.

    Permanent Housing

    Hildebrand operates nine units of permanent supportive housing and owns 22 units of permanent housing across Boston and Cambridge.

    Stabilization Services

    Hildebrand continues supporting families for two years post-shelter to remain stably housed and continue working towards their goals.

    Our Impact in FY25

    Hildebrand worked with more than 350 families. That’s more than 1,000 individuals, and 54% were children.
