95% of families in the Stabilization Services Program remain housed for at least two years post-shelter.
We provide shelter and comprehensive services to families experiencing homelessness. Hildebrand is the largest family shelter provider in Cambridge.
In FY25, we served over 300 families and operated 157 shelter units across Cambridge and Boston.
Last year, 102 families who were staying in Hildebrand’s shelters successfully transitioned out of homelessness and into safe, stable, permanent housing.

Our goal is to double our total affordable housing capacity over the next three years.

Hildebrand was recently awarded a 10-year grant from Cummings Foundation to launch an economic mobility program, which will include financial education and matched savings.
