Hildebrand works with families to move out of homelessness and into safe, stable homes.

Hildebrand was founded as an outgrowth of a social action ministry of St. Paul AME Church in Cambridge’s Central Square. We’ve been working with families experiencing homelessness for almost 40 years and provide shelter and supportive services that transition Greater Boston families out of homelessness and into permanent homes.

Every day at Hildebrand, clients work together with staff to find jobs, secure childcare, access healthcare, find and apply for permanent housing, and build stability for their family’s future.
